Hybrid Designer
Systems Thinker
UX-Driven Visual Strategist

I’m Leslie Anne Montgomery, a multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of design, development, and human‑centered problem‑solving. I bring 20+ years of experience across brand identity, packaging systems, UX/UI, accessibility, and front‑end development.

I started in hands‑on production environments where precision and constraint shaped every decision. That foundation still guides me: think systematically, design with intention, and anticipate problems before they surface. As the industry evolved, so did I, moving through print, digital, UX, and now AI‑enhanced workflows with the same curiosity and adaptability that have shaped my entire career.

I recently expanded my practice through McMaster University, earning honours in Full‑Stack Development, UX/UI Design, and Stanford Design Thinking Methodology. Understanding how systems work, technically and structurally, allows me to design solutions that are not only beautiful, but feasible, scalable, and accessible.

I’m known for empathy, clarity, and calm under pressure. I simplify complexity, bring order to chaos, and care deeply about work that’s done well, not just done.

Above all, I design for humans. Clean, accessible, thoughtful design, with heart.
